Politics is, by its very nature, the art of compromise. Christianity, by its very nature, is a voluntary faith that does not force itself on others. The temptation is to trust in the hope that somehow Christianizing politics and government will lead to the betterment of society.

Compromise in churches in the last century has led to many problems in our society. We need to get back to the Bible and its sure foundation, or we and our children will become not only irreligious, but even agnostic and eventually atheistic.

Christians should not become involved in political lobbying to try to force toleration for Christian beliefs. The call of the Christian church is rather to proclaim salvation through Jesus Christ
For the true Christian, every child (and every person) is indeed a wanted child (or person) regardless of the circumstances of his conception, birth, or health. We will want our children, whether they were expected or whether they came as a “surprise.”
